From the ground up.
Liminal Stratum is an early-stage defense technology startup in Boulder, Colorado. We're building a reusable autonomous vehicle that works in both air and water. It flies out to a search area, dives underwater to search with sonar, then breaks the surface and flies home to be used again. Our mission is to make sea mines and adversary submarines easier to find, so a small team can search an area quickly without sending anyone into the water. We're still in design and actively prototyping, which means the people who join now will shape the vehicle from the ground up.

These are unpaid, equity-compensated roles. Every founding team member receives equity in the company.
Local to Boulder
This is hands-on hardware work with in-person build and test sessions, so you must live in or near Boulder, Colorado. No remote applicants.
