SPECTER

SPECTER is an unmanned weapon platform built to operate across the air-sea boundary in a single continuous mission. It launches aerially, crosses the water surface, and engages underwater — without requiring a separate platform or a handoff between systems at any point in the engagement.

Conventional systems treat the water surface as an endpoint. SPECTER treats it as a waypoint.
