Gavin Worrell

Founder, CEO & Chief Engineer

Gavin founded Liminal Stratum after independently identifying a critical structural gap in unmanned systems capability at the air-sea domain boundary — and deciding no one else was going to close it fast enough.

He leads all engineering development, company strategy, and program direction. Before Liminal Stratum, he founded Locked In Athletics at 16, building it into a nationally recognized athletic brand with clients including the U.S. Air Force Academy and the Jamaican National Team. He is a first-year Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Colorado Boulder, carrying a 4.0 GPA with a minor in Business Finance, and serves on CU Boulder's Formula SAE team.

Ayush leads software and autonomy development at Liminal Stratum, architecting the flight, control, and decision-making systems that let our platforms operate intelligently at the air-sea domain boundary.

He studies Computational Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin, where he works at the intersection of high-performance computing, modeling, and real-world systems — bringing rigorous computational methods to every layer of the autonomy stack.

Carter Daniel

Mechanical Systems Engineer

Carter drives mechanical systems engineering at Liminal Stratum, leading the structural design, mechanisms, and physical integration that turn our concepts into robust, field-ready hardware.

He is a Mechanical Engineering major at Stanford University, where he applies a systems-level approach to design — balancing performance, manufacturability, and reliability across every subsystem he touches.
